Beautiful hotel. Great view of the ocean. Spacious and clean suite. Two main gripes: I had no internet connection in my room; and really had no hot water in the shower.

The location is great, the hotel is easy to find. There is complimentary valet parking and a public parking lot across the street (beach parking). The check-in staff were not friendly and did not welcome us or explain the amenities that came with our stay at the 'resort'. The room is nice, it has good features, such as flat screen television, lounge area and the bed was comfortable. The small balcony was dirty and awkward to stand at and see the ocean. Had a great view from inside the room through the wall of windows. The bathroom has been updated since original construction and has nice features, such as large tub and separate shower area. Overall I would probably not stay at this location again. The only feature that was worth the cost was the ocean view/proximity to the beach. ...read more

Beautiful beachfront hotel with many amenities. Room had 2 European style beds plenty of pillows great mattress. Also great kitchen area beautiful bathroom and washer and dryer. Plenty of closet space and towels galore. Great hotel staff. Great valet service and beach cabanas. Great housekeepers room was immaculate and one day I left a do not disturb sign on the door and was left a note that they had left extra towels toiletries and coffee at the desk, wow. Great service. I would definitely go back in a heart beat. Wish I had a million dollars. I would spend a lot of my time at this beautiful hotel and spa. I would recommend this place to everyone. ...read more

I was extremely pleased with this hotel. Room was fantastic and the amenities were superb. I would highly recommend this for anyone visiting the area.

It is a very good for traveler to stay in this hotel. It is comfortable and quiet.

This hotel was horrible we got to our room the beds had been remade not changed there was lipstick (I think) or something on the sheets and comforter and the bed was sloppy the floor was very sticky and the Jacuzzi was very nasty ordered drinks from pool side bar never received the drinks ate dinner at hotel we were 1 of 3 patrons in the restaurant took over an hour to receive food after ordering. The location is excellent; just on the beach. The decor was updated and new. I was expecting a full kitchen with 2 separate bedrooms but 1 bedroom was actually the living area - no privacy. It was a bit small for a 2 bedroom suite. I have stayed at other timeshare-type hotels and this was not what I expected. I would rather stay at Palm Aire or Ft.
